Adapter for connecting analogue telephones to the LTE / UMTS / GSM network with an additional data connection

The HVI-TEC 4G Gateway is an adapter that enables existing or newly installed analog telephone terminals, such as emergency telephones, door stations with a / b interface or analog telecommunications systems, to be operated via the LTE / UMTS / GSM network . It enables analog telephone terminal equipment to be connected in accordance with TBR21 at locations where there is no analog landline connection.

The HVI-TEC 4G Gateway offers a normal telephone line as a connection and simulates the function of an exchange line for the connected analog telephone terminal. Every telecommunications system with analog exchange lines or analog DTMF capable telephone terminals can be connected to the HVI-TEC 4G Gateway and enable telephone calls to LTE / UMTS / GSM subscribers to be made directly on the cost-effective mobile network.

We have attached particular importance to the simple and quick installation of the HVI-TEC 4G Gateway, so the power supply unit and the emergency power supply are integrated in the device. The mains connection is made directly to the internal connection terminals.

The closed construction according to protection class IP 66 offers protection against the ingress of water and dust, and enables the installation outside of buildings. The received LTE / UMTS / GSM network signal level can be read at any time on the green LED integrated in the housing.

The following mobile radio standards are supported: LTE 800/2600 MHz, UMTS / HSPA Dual Band 900/2100 MHz, GSM / GPRS / EDGE Dual Band 900/1800 MHz. A 50 Ohm magnetic base antenna with an SMA plug and 3 m cable length or our stationary +2 dB GSM antenna with 5 m cable can be used as external antennas. We are happy to help.

The use of the HVI-TEC 4G Gateway together with emergency call systems opens up interesting fields of application, e.g. when using emergency telephones at petrol stations, elevator emergency call systems in construction sites or regions that are not supplied.
